What diameter are the pans? Looks like 22" diameter to me.
Those gang hangers, with clamp plates above and below, connected by bolts, will provide much sturdier union than U-bolts most Disc Harrows use. Buy a big wrench with a ratchet of bolt-head size on one end, soon. EBay would be a good place to browse for the wrench.
I find the shielding around the 3-Pt connection points interesting. I have never seen connection shielding before.

It should penetrate extremely well.

On your second pass over ground, when the pans sink deep, you will be glad for your turbo-charger.
