AKA The TSC Saga continues!
On the same day as I posted in another thread of the lousy service at our closest TSC, I had to go there today.
And much to my dismay..................! I walked in the front door and IMMEDIATELY knew SOMETHING was different. I saw people in TSC vest's all over the store. Before I could get my jaw off the floor, one was asking me if I needed any help.
"I sure do son". I replied, "How about explaining to me what's going on"
"Sir"?,
"How come there's a staff in here? That's not at all normal."
"Well", said the young man, "I THINK I know what you're talking about. 7 months ago, our manager got fired, the store was de-rated by corperate, and we got a completely new management and crew. We're now under direct corperate supervision until further notice. Is there anything I can help you with?"
"No son, you've already done enough. Thank you and thank your boss when you see him", I said.
I left that building with a smile on my face and a cart full of stuff. The smile part was a first.
Here's to hoping it won't be the last.
Before things revert, I'm headed back tomorrow. Don't know what I'll buy, I just want to visit!
