Roughly 7 acres is for the brushbull, My Driveway is about
500' Gravel and Rubble plus 3 others driveways I take care of in the winter time. I have cleared about a 1/2 acre that was overgrown with vines and heavy brush. Those ugly stumps that i have been avoiding for 5 yrs will be gone too. To have a backhoe around here has been very useful so far and a few of the neighbors are already lining up small jobs in my spare time. I plan on doing some kind of drain for the driveway real soon and putting a new garage up here so the hoe will come in handy for the site work and landscaping. As far as deciding to get a tractor or a new 3/4 ton pickup with a plow..I took the tractor with all the toys and still came out about $8,000 in the black. So I will be a little cold in the winter but i really dont mind. My only regret so far is not getting it sooner. Sun sets earlier here every day so seat time is limited. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
