Congratulations and welcome to TBN. I just took delivery of the same tractor a few weeks ago. I love it so far.

I see you've already taken your loader off. I haven't yet, been trying to get up the nerve. I hope to this weekend if we get the rain they are calling for.

Look forward to see some pictures of it in action and a report on how well the finish mower works for you.

Thanks for the compliments / congrats! We took off the FEL for practice and to allow for a little more manuvering while playing..er cutting with the finish mower. The mower is a Buhler Farm King 84" RD. Buhler Farm King has recently been acquired by CNH from Buhler Industries which has manufactured ag, implement, and snow removal equipment in Western Canada for many decades. Hence, now NH blue. We were originally going to purchase the Woods RM84 mower which the dealer also handles but he convinced us to "try out" the new Farm King which had almost identical specs as far as gear box, blade speed / overlap, spindles, alloys and heavy gage metal. The one difference was deck design which should generate greater cut vacuum as well as a little more lift from the blade angles. Mower wheel height adjustment is a little easier also. We also ordered a tooth bar at the last minute for the loader to handle brush removal on some wooded property we own but did not want to wait to take delivery any longer while the brute was already here and ready to go. As far as other implements? Oh yea$$$$, which is why my work is in my way of seat time...for a little while anyway. Absolutely love the Super Steer! Action pics to come as they happen.

I see that name on the side of that truck says Dickson, TN. Is this where you live? I do, just curious. I haven't bought a tractor from Dickson Equipment before, but have bought several atv's from them. Excellent people. When I do buy another blue tractor that get the first chance at my business.

Actually, we bought from Maury County Equipment in Columbia, TN which is the same dealer in Dickson. The dealer just opened the Columbia store early last year and is operated by one of the sons. You are right, fine people to do business with and Dickson Equipment has long had a great reputation way over hear in Maury County long before they opened this store here. The "green" and "orange" dealers have been in this market a long while but the folks from Dickson who are now in Columbia as well, were highly interested in earning our business and quite genuine in their concerns that we make the right choice for ourselves. We highly recommend them either at their original home location in Dickson or here in Maury County.
