Wanted to drop in and say hello
just odered up my new MF 1540 8x8
1525 loader with the HD bucket.
HD box blade.
HD 6' cutter.
Wanted to say thanks to all that post on these sites, made my choice all that much more easer knowing the massey was still the choice for me.
Come from a line of farmers that ran massys for years
Team orange put up a pretty good fight but the massey is a better tractor by the numbers.
With no complaints on the net, the tractor is well spoken for from the toughest critics out there, the owners.
the 1540 (still need to name him) will be coming from Iowa this week
he will be put staight to work the next day.
I have 80 ac in Eastern OK, cleaning up about 30 or so to get us vacation home to raise some boys on.
I am spending the whole week on the land and should have a good idea of weather I made the best choice for me by next week.
as I get in to this I will take some picks of my progress and sure to have tons of questions to come.
I will keep you all posted
