The R before the tire size indicates radial. And round! For those who are used to square tires...

Just a update. I have made removable walls for hauling dirt or mulch to my trailer ( requires welding a front cage or wall ) also modified front jack so it is easier to extend. All in all so far I love this trailer . It is by far not the best you can buy. But for the money it tows excellent, almost better than a goose neck. And I would not concerned with buying another one. Wish I did it years ago.

Without the toolbox in the truck, you could almost fit the BX in the truck bed.

True but without 60 inch mower. I think if I had to I could put BX loader on and set bucket on rack I made for dirt or mulch side. I hope I don't need to but you never know. I thought about that when making sides. A real tight corner could put bucket hitting and causing dents into my beloved 2001 Chevy.

How do you like the deck latch? Any thoughts on loading cars?

Just a update on trailer. It has been by far the best trailer I have ever owned, wish I had bought it 10 years ago. The only thing it does not do well is haul material 20 foot or more in length. I don't think the model I have would be a good car hauler. I would look at there dedicated car hauler car trailers for that.
That being said I am a real believer in the value of Kaufman trailers, it was $6000.00 to $8000.00 less than PJ or other manufacturing people wanted.
Hopes this helps

They are supposed to be Dexter. But I am not sure no tags visible , I have not looked real hard. Its kinda of like tires you only know what you have after a 70 MPH pull on a 100 degree day for at least 50 miles with full load.
Thanks
Scott

I got a Kaufman trailer since I asked this question. Mine has lippert axles.
