Child labor is always good.
Growing up, my friends and I picked up rocks on some of the neighbor's farms. He would drive the tractor with a hay wagon attached, and we would throw rocks on it. I don't remember exactly what we got paid, but it was something like 10 cents an hour or something like that. Sounds crazy now, but my friends and I had fun at the time.

Welcome to TBN!

As others have said hand picking or rock bucket may be the only way. But you could check with your Ag Extension Service to see if they have or know someone who has a tow behind or self proplled rock picker. Our Ag Extension Service here has different farm attachments you can rent, like a no till drill, etc.

I did all kinds of things for my neighbors for pay when growing up. Hurricanes were great because everything needed to be cleaned up and I had a job. I have a drag device which I think I will put behind one of my attachments and see if it can help smooth things out. I think buying a rake to pull behind the tractor may help collect the rocks, but ultimately someone will have to go along and remove them and throw them in the front end loader.

I will check with our county extension service and see if they have something like your idea in place. Thanks.
