Does the closest dealer have a loner blower?? Even if it is an old trade in, I am sure if you ordered the one you want, they would loan you one until yours comes in.

New Holland North America: Dealers

A hint for you, the drive can be worth it. The cloeset dealer, may be convienent, but may not want the hassle of doing it, so call around.

We found this out when we bought our tractor at the closest dealer. He will never see a penny of our money again.

BTW, welcome aboard, and keep us posted.

Thanks for the advice

I called one of the places on your list...

Believe it or not I have already contacted one of the others on the list who name I will leave out. And it痴 been over a week of waiting for a call back. I guess they make to much money over there.:D

did you try Markdale NH in Alliston? If they can't get one, then another option would be upstate NY dealer;) A day on the road might get you what you want before the white stuff flies and save you some $$$...Farm equipment is a joke to import.. 10 min at the border to pay the tax man and you're on your way home:cool:

Great advise i just may do that

also just called Markdale lets see what they say.....

thanks

Try Delta Power Equipment in Watford west of London, they are a good dealer and are also 30 minutes from the border they have decent prices and have good customer service. They are a NH dealer, there number is 519-849-2744, it might be worth the drive.

What's the install like? Is this a major or can I guy like me with 8 out of 10 mechanical skill be able to get it done? I致e heard that there is a sub frame involved Does any one have any ideas as to the install process (tips tricks things to look out for?)
My intention was to have the dealer do it. But If I buy it from a place far away that wont be possible.

DO you have to go with a factory blower or can you go will something like the erksine front mount. They are real nice. Not sure what the cost difference is.

My first inquiry into a blower was not NH equipment. I was told to look at a brand called Agra?something) but they could not have one ready till January. So I decided to go after NH due to the fact that I could get my hands on one before the snow gets here.
I am currently not sold on NH but I can only base my opinion on what I have been reading on the net and these forums. with that said i have not read any bad reviews on the 72 CSH Unfortunately I have no friends with a tractor痴 and grew up in the city. So I could some up all my tractor knowledge in a beer cap.:D
Lets put it this way I didn稚 know exactly what the PTO did till I read about it on this forum. (After I bought the tractor)

Don稚 laugh but I actually had to get a lesson from the guy who dropped it off on how to use every thing.

Thanks for the link I will definitely take a look.

Thanks again

Just in case anybody wants to know.

I have received prices from two NH dealers

Dealer#1 $7,300.00 + Taxes

Dealer#2 @7,600.00 = Taxes:eek:

Both places quoted a price installed on my tractor.
