Defuel solenoid is good ( single coil type ). Key switch seems good. Where is the Timer Relay located.

New to me 2005(or 6? ) CK25, does not stop unless use defuel knob.

Well, after the local dealer told me it was under the dash cowling, tearing it apart and not finding it, I eventually found it on the right side of the 'firewall' ( not that tractors have firewalls ). Now I need to figure out how to test it.

CK20 will not shut off- Timer Relay?-dsc_0276-jpgHere's the possible problem as this happened with my CK30. Pull the solenoid, "fish" the engine stop solenoid guide out.......be careful as it can drop into the gear case (I pulled the "speed control plate" off which made it a lot easier to ensure it didn't drop). The guide should look like the one on right (see photo). If it looks like the one on the left, then this is your problem. The part number is: E5850-56603
