Busted the one inch thick hitch bar on my bar style sub-soiler this spring working a field that had not been touched since 2017.
As luck would have it, a week later the wife and I were at a fund raising event with some long time friends. Talking about how our springs were going, busted equipment, other malarky and such they said "we have a ol' single shank sub-soiler you can use, or couple hundred its yours".
So, I was out to there the next day and sunk into the ground buried in tree limbs was a deere 22b ripper!
It's the 1-1/4 thick 'standard' the longer heavier shank. Little tall for my compact tractors, but there is ways to fix that.
