Mowed about 3 hours the other week, drove 55 min each way, doing rough math, 5 gallons put in and I had more in the tank when done than I started with. 72 inch cut.
Probably .9 gallons and hour. 12-18in tall grass 5 acres. 1/4 or that in 3rd gear (3.5 to 3.8 mphour) 3/4 in 1 High (5.1 -5.2 mphour) according to the gps.
I don't have a working tach, so I'm going to say 80-85% trottle, (all the way open and backed off some)
I'm pleased so far. Beat me to death, so some PSI adjustments will be made to tires before the next mow. (currently 18R 19 Front. thinking 15 PSI rear for next time.
