......snip.....Oh and it has a FEL on it also, which is what I have a question about. I read in the manual to keep max air pressure in front tires for the FEL use, but not sure that means max psi marked on tire or the recommended pressure in owners manual. Anybody know?
Tires vary. Use the max marked on the tire.
Chances are that the manual wants you to use the maximum rated tire pressure so that the FEL is more stable.
But don't worry about it. It's not a big change. For low speed work like tractors do, the tire life is going to depend more on sun damage, side checking, and flats than on maintaining max air pressure. And when the FEL bucket is empty you may find that running lower pressures makes driving more fun. On a tractor the tire flexibility and seat cushioning are all the suspension that you have.
I run all of mine at about 2/3 or 3/4 of maximum just because it's more comfortable that way, although I'll increase the psi in the fronts if I know I'm going to be doing heavy loader work.
enjoy your new machine,
