New to repair Kioti 3510 front axle knuckles

I must apologize for my ignorance. I’m not exactly sure what the parts are called, but where the axle and the wheel hub meet. It’s like on the back of the wheel has a knuckle that sets down on the axle. There are seals (there) and both of mine are leaking.

Can anyone give any insight on terminology and if this is an “on farm” repair or will I need to trailer it to the shop and lose my tail?

Once I get home later today, I will share some pictures of the service manual.

It should give you an idea if it's comfortable for you to tackle it or if the dealer is a better option.

It's not too bad of a job but you may need at least some circlip pliers, maybe something else.

Not really much of a job, less than 4 hours. The first side will take 2 - 3 hours and you'll knock off the other side in an hour.

As PTSG stated get a decent pair of retaining ring pliers, I needed both internal and external circlip pliers.

Thank you guys for the replies and insight!! I look forward to viewing the diagram / drawings PTSG if it’s not too much trouble. I have downloaded the service manual but have a little difficulty never having seen one apart in reality. This will be my first tractor maintenance other than the required maintenance at first recommended interval. I’ll be due for the next soon at 300 hours I think. I agree with JJT in theory with 1st side taking 2-3x as the 2nd side. Been that way in most of my experiences as well

GE7EA, I was going to throw some pictures of the manual but I've found a video that covers the seal replacement pretty well. It's the same tractor as yours, so even better.
