New to the site

Hi, I am new to the site, and to be honest I signed up, because my husband is always on the site, and I was hoping some of the guys on here could give me a good idea of what to get him for a Valentine's day present. I hate to get him a gift card, but would rather get a gift. He loves tractors, dozers, all that heave equipment stuff, likes welding and stuff like that. I hate to get him tools, that is what he got for Christmas, so any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you so much.

What kind of tractor does he have? What does he use it for?

He doesn't actually have one its his dads, but he does have a bobcat that he uses for farming and stuff like that. He likes growing plants, flowers and vegetables, etc. He uses the bobcat for a lot of things, and recently built a log splitter to put on it so he could split logs easier for us to use in the wood heater. He showed me one thing he wants, but I am holding out on it for an anniversary gift. His favorites stores are Tractor Supply, Harbor Freight, and Scruggs. Any ideas on gifts from those stores?

Without know him and what he aleady has, that is kind of a difficult question. I have considered buying the ear muff's with radio built in but have not so far. So I can't give you a review, but when I am using the tractor mowing or doing something pretty routine, I have thought I would like to have these to listen to a ball game, etc. They are also available with ability to connect to ipods if so inclined.

Don't be too quick to discount tools as a gift. A guy can NEVER have too many tools. Does he have a 4" angle grinder? If so, get him a 7 or 9 inch grinder.

A 2 foot long screwdriver isn't something you'll use everyday, but when you need one, you need it.

You can never have too many tape measures.
