New to Tractor Tires…

I believe R14 tires are a new variation on Turf Tires and may or may not fit your existing rims. R14 tires may be 4-ply tires like Turf Tires. You need to research ply count.
R14 sits between R1 AGs and R4 Industrial. This one is 6-ply

I’ll be mostly moving stone and running a backhoe with it. Driving on stone/mud/dirt roads. Won’t be driving on the grass much but also don’t want to destroy my yard when I do. So if I want to switch to an R1 or R4 or R14 I want to find that size? Is the OEM tire the same size as whats in there now?
R3 and R4s will have stiffer sidewalls which you will want with your BH. Both will/should fit your existing rims.....did on my tractor but rims were standard 16.5 HD type rims....don't know about your rims but they seem to be wide enough and those two types usually run wide tires vs Ag. The spec you looked up was for Ag. tires.....R1s as noted above.

Yeah I’m thinking my best option now is just stick with the turf’s and get myself a good set if chains
