Hello everyone I just made an account on tractorbynet today. I was going to do it last month but forgot about it. I love working on and fixing tractors three years ago i started out with a old friens of my dads tractors. It was a 1987 john deere 212. I fixed it all up and restored it to like new condition. I just did not rebuild the motor becuaes it ran very strong. then i got a snapper 1600 the year after that after it was sitting for 20 some years i got it started and that ran good unit it scored the cylinder was. it was to bad to get it bored out so i just used it as a parts machine. Then a few months after that i got another snapper 1600 and that had a snowblower on it and a cab with 200 hours on it and got that running and it ran really good and then i got a john deere 755 compact with 400 hrs on it with a mowor deck. i planed on getting a loader on it but it was to much money for one. So i sold everything and got a john deere 755 compact with loader with 117hrs on it but it was sitting in a farm field for 10 years. It is a 1997 too. I restored it to like new condition besides rebuilding the motor. I rebuilt the loader and everthing on the tractor with all new parts and all new paint and it looks like brand new from the show room floor. i did not rebuild the engine because it ran fine and I had it pressure tested and that was also fine. And it is made by yanmar too. It has brand new rear tires and about to change the fron ones and I also have another set of turf tires too. Everything was replaced on it besides the motor too. I love rebuilding and working on these things and I am only 16 years old too and i hope to open a shop one day to work on other peoples too. My Name is Derrick beand and I am from Lake Ariel. This is going to be the firest winter since it has been restored by me this year at the beginning of the year. I just moved a 100 tons of dirt with it too and it worked great since the rebuild and I think this tractor is way better then the stupid plastic things that they make today. This tractor is also a 3 cylinder 21hp diesel too . I will be posting a picture of it soon.
