I thought I would give these forums a go and see what help is available for a beginner like me.
I got given this mf35 from a christian camp on the beach where it has been languising for several years with little care. I was told it was running only six months before and the engine turned so it cant be too bad, but man the rust did get a hold of the panels and after reading the various forums about oil and water i suspect there will be a good slurry in the gearbos sumps.
I tried to pull off the distributor yesterday to replace the dizzy cap clips which had rusted off and the whole dizzy is immovable even the rev cable wont come out and the Manual that I got doesnt even show an exploded view of the distributor assembly.
oh well at least it is under cover and i can work onit when the urge takes me.
