New Toy...Hydraulic post maul

I think My father in law is more excited about my new DX40 than I am, He went to an auction the other day and picked up some new toys, one of then is a hydraulic post maul, ...
Has anyone ever used one of these?
Are they hard on the tractor? Seems as though it would be rough on the 3PH, But sound like a whole lot of fun, I mean um ...work.

Oh...How do you store this thing?
So it can be easily attached..

Does this one pound the post like a pile driver?

A neighbor farmer has one like that but wasn't paying attention once and ended up with his hand on top of the post when the 'maul' hit. Left him with a long-time medical reconstruction process to get his hand put back together. That would take some of the fun out of it, but other than that, his is great and takes the work out of pounding them in with an 8lb maul.

At the county fair one day, I was shootin' the bull with someone,he said he was a retired lineman for some 30-odd years, I said "ever been to Sheldon?", He said "oh, yeah, that Rice Hill is the worst place I ever put a pole in, all rocks and lots of ledge."
I live on 'Rice Hill', I have dug and pounded more fence than I care to admit.

Nasty....."Farm accidents" can be horrific. Not much room for error with this stuff....Skin, bone and tendon aren't much of a match for steel and pressurized hydraulic fluid.
