New Tractor/Backhoe/Chipper Question

Wow! What a day! I just finished my first day on my new B7500. Granted, this is my first tractor, but I am blown away at what I got done today. That machine has exceeded all of my expectations. I got fairly proficient with the BH and by the end of the day, I had cleared, leveled and filled a large area with the FEL and it looked pretty good, for a rookie. I do think that I made every mistake possible removing the BH and hooking up the 3Pt Bearcat 70554 C/S. I was warned that there would be a learning curve and I believe it now. I do know that next time will be A LOT easier. I told you I would report on the 70554 C/S. I did get a chance to use it a little bit. In my opinion, it is one incredible machine. It seemed to take everything I gave it just fine. I didn't give it anything over about 3 inches, but it handled everything just fine. The shredder is everything I was told. You don't want to hang on to anything going in to it because it disappears FAST. The chips were small and will make great mulch. We will be working the mulch for use in our garden and landscaping. I forgot to mention that I did not order the blower. I saw little use for it since all you have to do when the chips build up is lift the chipper, move the tractor and move the chips with the FEL. I have a spot set up for this, so the blower would be overkill and I also don't have to worry about clogging.

Great to hear everything went well. Fun toys aren't they? I am getting prices on different chippers and hope to purchase one soon. I definitely need something looking at the huge pile of tops I have staring at me.
