During today's walk through we test the hyd pressure at 2100rpm at third function connect on the FEL, and it read just hair under 3000 psi, factory spec says 2770 psi, now the rear hyd valves were all about 300psi lower? Why?

Also after looking at the 72" bucket it was obviously too narrow for a m7060 with radials, front tires were wider than the bucket and backs were worse, so before delivery I'm asking for the 84" bucket upgrade $230 difference in online price we will see what happens.

I think the loader valve and SCV bank run independently of each other, and have their own reliefs. What are you planning to do with the rear remotes that takes more than 2700PSI? Most implements either need a simple cylinder to run or a motor that cares about flow first, PSI second. A lot of them are only rated to 2400PSI anyway.

As to the loader, most people with a utility tractor are moving muck or stone off a pile, so having the bucket cover the wheels goes from expensive to all but impossible. You can get a loader for a Case Magnum. They're 13ft or more wide. A 13ft bucket simply isn't needed for most people.

I don’t understand why your dealer would have sold you the tractor with a bucket narrower than the tread width. Whether scooping snow or manure, I need to have the bucket wider.

Being an open center system I believe the oil gets to the loader at the end of its trip through the system. As the pressure cannot be higher than the lowest relief in the system, I’d be interested to know what the peak loader pressure is when a remote is at relief. I am not sure of your hydraulic schematic but if it’s like our JD loader tractor, flow goes to the loader control from a power beyond port at the main valve stack. When the casting in that valve block got a small crack, the loader would hardly lift a bale. The 7060 has an even simpler system. The book spec on the loader pressure should have a tolerance. If the nominal is 2770 you should find a + or -. Having a higher pressure will give you better performance but at reduced component life and possible part failure. Still if the relief is at 2770 and you never run it to relief no problem.

Having said that my largest loader tractor is my M7 with the rear tires set at 120 inches outside and a 96 inch bucket but except for extreme snow the bucket is rarely used. It is mainly a heavy, high lift loader. The JD plays in the manure.

AUXVALEPSI.jpgRELIEFVALVE.jpgWhen all else READ WSM, found what I was looking for, each rear auxiliary valve has its own adjustable relief valve

Almost got delivered today, but weather shows rain told them to wait, no problem swapping to the 84" bucket just pay the difference in price $230.00 when it arrives couple of weeks, they got rear hyd lines pressure set to 2750#, including $480 worth of supplies out 500 hours and air cleaners and cab filters, checking to make sure a set of cat2 to cat1 bushing included.

How long before payment book arrives?

I'm not sure I even know where my payment book is. I've never used it. Bank to bank transfers are much easier. Now that we have internet I don't have to go to the bank for a cashier's check to mail out each month like I used to.

Before you ask, I've always used cashier's checks for critical payments. Way harder for the other company to say "never got it" when they're facing another large corp. instead of a single person.

I agree but need address and account number to make sure bank transfer gets done in timely fashion. One time the first check didn't get processed before payment date and it took months of tracking electronics transfers to prove my bank sent at the right day, but receiving bank took three days find the right account to credit, so late fee plus interest, finally harassed both banks so much they both sent a refund.

Arrived today, don't really like the seat will add spacers as others have done, shuttle shift seems to surge after engagement, like the computer is opening the throttle to quickly, anybody else had this issue.

84" bucket two week, fitrite T&T 4 weeks, EA 66" wicked grapple 6 weeks, EA toothbar after bucket gets here to measure ID"...
