New Holland TC40DA
We own a 10 acre plot in the Sonoita AZ area. It has some pretty steep rolling hills in the back half, moderate slope up in the front. One day we'll build a house in the middle. The area is a natural grassland with some trees (live oak and mesquite mostly).

I just purchased a 2005 New Holland TC40DA with a 16LA loader and 757C backhoe. About 650 hours and I think I got a pretty sweet deal.

Before building, I plan to use the backhoe for digging for irrigation pipe and holes for fruit trees (so they can be well established before we build). The grass grows during monsoon season and needs to be cut in the winter to reduce fire hazard so I'll get a brush cutter for that. Lots of dirt driveway and access paths, so I'll need a box scraper at some point too.

After building, my wife will be wanting a pretty large garden so I see a rototiller in the PTO's future.

I've already been reading the forum for info that's been very helpful and figured I'd join now that I'm an official owner.
