New tractor owner

I just received a YM2210 Tractor. The hydraulic was working now the 3 point lift arms will not work. The tractor has sat for 3 yrs with nothing done to it, started right up. So what should I look for for the lift?

Welcome.....have you changed all fluids and filters? When you change the hyd. fluid......clean the screen...could be blockage. That's where I would start. Good luck!
