Kioti DK45 TLB
My DK45 was delivered yesterday, and I've gotten a few hours on it so far. 35 tons of road gravel and rip-rap are arriving on Tuesday, so I'll get some more hours then, doing driveway repairing work and building an erosion buffer for one of the stream banks. Next weekend I've got some regrading work to do around the back of the house.

Got the 1590 FEL (72" bucket) w/QA, sunshade, grill guard, filled R4s pushed out to max width. Dealer was missing a bracket part from my 2385 BH w/18" bucket, so that'll get attached next weekend after the replacement part shows up.

Tuesday I should be getting my hitch/log skidding rig and the 84" back blade, and my dealer's letting me borrow a rake (just in time for the driveway work). Sometime in the next couple of weeks I'm expecting a toothbar for the FEL and a heavy duty PTO splitter.

I am happy as a clam (always wondered why clams were so happy...) -- I think I'm going to be very happy with my Kioti, and thanks to everyone here who gave me great advice along the way.

I'll post a couple of pics now, will add another one or two when the BH is on. The first one points out the one serious flaw I've found in the DK45 so far -- no cupholder /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Backing into the barn #2. With the R4s pushed all the way out, I've got 2" clearance on each side at the door (the narrowest point). Whew.

Thanks, guys. Note that in the last pic, my helper has his seat belt on, since the ROPS is up /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif Never too early to get good habits...

So I went out this afternoon just to fuss around and put some hours in with the new FEL, and ended up doing the back of the house regrading I was going to get to next weekend. It took about an hour, plus maybe another 1/2 hour of shovel and rake work to clean up afterwards. A little dicey working under the deck with maybe an inch or two of clearance between the posts/footers and my loader bucket, but the dirt got moved and the deck's still standing /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif That's at least a week of back breaking work if I'd tried to do it all by hand. I felt a couple of small bumps while back-grading with the bottom of the bucket, and I was thinking it was strange that I'd even feel clods of dirt, etc. When I got down afterwards, I discovered I'd popped out a couple of buried rocks at least 18-24" round. I love this tractor.
