Grading New (used) CK20 owner

I haven't been able to find any in OZ. I've been mending to see a customer of mine that makes buckets and ground engaging gear and was going to see what's involved to get something fabricated. I'll pm if I get any ideas. I'm away on business this week so prob be mid next week. This guy is in Melbourne and also sells the teeth etc. cheers

Top link for the CK20 has same part number as my CK27 in Bobcat parts catalog. Fully retracted length is 19 3/8" center to center of eyes. Threaded sleeve is 14" so leaving minimum 2" of thread engagement at both ends gives extended length (10" travel) = 29 3/8".

I put 1352 hours on my CKH20HST and it is still going strong. Incidentallly,I pull a five FOOT box blade and have a backihoe. Both attachments perform as good as can be.


CK20 HST was the right choice for me.

This one is ideal for many Cat 1 top links, going from 18" to 28". Also has a dual pilot check valves (DPCV) so it won't creep or leak down (note, if you have a top link with float detent, the DPCV will prevent float).

I used this cylinder on my B3350 top link. The ports can adjust to exit in any direction. I have mine on the bottom (out of harm's way) and off to the right side.

I did have to slightly shorten the welded end bushing. Best way to do this is to put a 1" pin in a vise, then set the bushing on the pin and use an angle grinder to remove material from each side. Don't do like I did at first and try to do the job in a mill - - wasted a few carbide inserts, the end tubes are hardened steel.

I also have the 5 foot box blade on my CK20S, no problem on tough ground here in Newfoundland.

I have R4 tires, but can measure anything else you might need.
