I wouldn’t have any way to test it.

That's what I was thinking after I had said it. You'd have to go by the buyers word would be the only way.

So last night I was chillin looking at FBM and an ad for a set of Buyers 1000 AMP jumper cable set, new in box came up. Lady selling it was 3 miles from me. I googled them and best price I found new from a retailer was $300.
She offered to sell them to me for $50! I ran up the street and grabbed them. I wanted a jump start kit for the 7500. I have a similar set in the Ram and use them pretty regularly.

Installed today. The 4th battery compartment is a perfect space to store the 7’ battery side cable and Andersen plug.

I stuck the case for the 25’ jumper cables in the new Buyers tool box. It’s fillin up fast!

Yup, same as a new garage or shop, "I'll never fill that"

I’ve lost more profit/money by not just “going big” in the beginning. Instead I start smaller, go to medium size, then end up bigger.

If I ever get a chance to advise younger guys getting started, I would advise “go big or go home”

But then there are those guys that don’t have a clue, start a business, goes big and then goes bust big time because they didn’t know how to run a business.

The main thing is when you start a business have your “clue” in place!

Having just set up Anderson connectors at my front & rear bumpers for my winch, I have plans to cut into my cables and put a couple connectors in. Figure put a connector about 1' from one end, then the cables can still be used by someone else (short end connected to long end) or I can just connect the long part to my front winch connector to give a jump without popping the hood.

I hung my truck side connector out through my grille. Even with a weatherproof plug cover, mine began corroding after a few years. I keep my plug under the hood now.

We don't have salt here for the most part; mine is tucked inside the bumper so it's out of the way of any wind-driven corrosives. We'll see how it goes...
