sorry guys & gals, Here we go . I recieved these e-mails after I sent her an e-mail accusing her of trying to pull a scam

I'am not a scammer I promise . I bought these at auction last week & they
came across the auction block as 2005 modelsI'am checking the serial #'s & will be changing the year models. The tractors do look brand new.

Now that you have brought it to our attention, I have found out that they are 70'S to 80's refurbished tractors. No scam just a mistake. I have changed the listing

Well...they may be completely innocent and trying to make a quick buck, or they're not.

One thing to be sure, when you see Yanmars that look good but on the auction block, it's the end of the line for those tractors. They're there because of disgruntled new owners...or shady dealers with returns that would rather dump them then face big dollars to repair. Even as parts tractors they are not reliable.

The only new Yanmars being offered in the US are a compact 40HP 4WD unit complete with loader and backhoe....pricey as well but probably worth every penny given Yanmar's quality. The BIGGEST SCAM being portrayed about Yanmar and most every other Japanese grey market tractor is the lie of being refurbished in VIETNAM. I've bought and sold these units for over 5 years and can tell you from experience....that NOT ONE TRACTOR COMING OUT OF VIETNAM has been refurbished! They are made to start, painted, and given in a new seat in most instances...and NOTHING MORE!

Why should we believe you? Who are you? And, don't you sell viet-recons on ebay? Maybe not now, but i now you have in the past, at least mitsus... So, explain more what you mean.

I'm so tired of this re-con, no-recon talk and the ppl who bring it up without example. Don't give me the "i've seen tons of these and i know" 'cause i own one and still own it, and have gotten very decent support here for the questions i've had.
