Oh yeah...I almost forgot. The judge probated Mom and Dad's wills on the 16th. I put the house back on the market on the 17th. I signed a sale contract last Tuesday and we close on the 22nd of Jan. Funny thing in court, my brother got there late and started talking while the Judge was talking to my attorney. The Judge told the Bailiff (sp) to escort my brother out of the courtroom. My brother said something else and the Judge told him. "One more word out of you and I will throw you in jail!"
So it looks to be a better 2010 than 2008 and 2009.
