Nice! I have never been to NYC. Want to go some day. I think I can see superman in the one pic of the empire state building, near the top at the left side!

Thanks for a new wallpaper picture for awile.

Yup, I set that first skyline one for my desktop, pictures always look better set as wallpaper with no borders. keep them till I find something better or get bored of them, usually a week or two.

This might be a good subject for a new thread in the photo forum, "What is your desktop wallpaper image today?" If you see some-one's that you like you could set it as your own.

Nice Pics. I live about 2 hrs. from the city and travel there often. Usually going to Yankee games which stops us just short of the big city but we usually go into the city to do some shopping or me and the wife sometimes like to take a weekend away and go down eat in Little Italy and see a play or Saturday Night Live or something like that. This time of year is the best time of year to be down there. I grew up in a city enviroment (Albany the capital) a lot smaller than NYC but still a pretty fast paced city. I thought I would live in Manhattan someday as I loved the fast paced night life but once I moved to the country, settled down and started a family I wouldnt trade it for the world!!! Glad you had a good trip.

Hey, very nice pics. My ambition way back at age 16, was to drive in New York City and I guess several driving visits soon got that outta my system. The funny part of all your neat photos was as soon as I looked across the horse's back, I swear I could both hear and "smell" that warm leather,...mixed with the smell of horse,......quite pleasant actually,...took me back a few years!

Great night photos,...thanks for the memories!!!!!

That's pretty cool how our brains work like that. They say scent/smell is the sense closest related to memory, some might think sight or sound, but they claim it's the sense of smell.

I believe it, as often times I'll catch a whiff of something and have a very distinct memory of a specific event/location etc.
