It probably would have helped to get more responses if you had put your post on the Bobcat equipment forum rather than the Bobcat Compact Tractor forum as well

Push the Park Brake switch to unlock the brakes. Brake will lock & unlock automatically with the Press to Operate Button if in "unlock position" but will stay lock when in lock position.

Sometimes there is a corrosion in the fuses. I had a 753 and occasionaly I would have to pull the fuse and clean it up. This is behind the back door to the motor.

Be cautious of where you are telling OP to look for indicator lights, fuses, and relays. The 863 was in for over 10 years, started out as an F-series with interlock box on right hand side of seat and fuses and relays in rear engine compartment. It then changed 2000 production year to G-series with interlock lights in the upper left dash panel with fuses and relays under a cover by operator's feet.

He hasn't driven this since rental yard dropped it off. Delivery drivers are trained to lock Park Brakes when leaving a machine. Not that they always do so.

Actually he did say he drove it into his backyard, so it could be either parkbrake or fuses, both had commonly problems as i had a 751 for years and operated just about every model.

Thank you guys so very much for the help. I tried lowering and raising the boom and bucket. Flipped the break on and off, basically puched and pulled everything and it workd. I have this happen where it would not move several times once I turned it off. Tried the same things and it worked so I THINK I have it figured out. Onlt wasted a few munites of screwing around with it. Ran for about 3 or 4 hours building the RC track. Still have some cat work to do, and lots of hand shoveling but I have 4 or 5 friends coming tomorrow to help shovel and sculpt jumps & berms. Thanks again. I don't know if I can post pics with out being a full member. If I can I will. I though this thing would be fun to run, it's more like work lol.

Here is the track layout. Will have 11 turns, main straight is 150ft long. Will have four jumps, or two sets of doubles @ 20 ft span jump to jump. I staked the track layout, and caution taped it off so I could see how the path went for gradding, digging and building, will only be dirt when I'm done. Track is from the far end of the White fence in the first pic to the far end of the pink brick wall, lots are 50' wide so track is 150' long X about 50 to 60 ft wide. Anywere from 7500 sq ft to 9k sq ft of track area.

From the fence out all the home owners still own 26' out past the fence line. I'm building down into the rail road area too, I know I know, will probably get in trouble for it but whatever, will run it till I do. The 26' area is an easement. There is oil pipeline underneath, company has the right to dig without notice I believe, But I own the land, I pay taxex on it.

I have the right to build gardens, horse shoe pits, whatever, just no structures. I will leave a lane 8' to 10' wide for other neighbors, and pipeline service trucks to drive down. Most neighbors do not use this access dirt road. Hardly ever see anyone drive down it, especially when it's been raining, gets rutted and really muddy. Perfect for a dirt bike, off roader like myself to play in the dirt in :D.
