The skid steer snow blowers are driven by hydraulics. They can only be used on a tractor's loader if the tractor has sufficient flow rate (gallons per minute) to drive the unit, and usually they do not. There are PTO driven hydraulic pumps available that provide enough flow, but they are expensive.

The other thing to look at - is how does the hydraulics interface to the blower?

I think some of the blower manufacturers just hook a hydraulic motor up to the input shaft on the blower. I used to have a Loftness blower that originally came from a greens mower. WHen I talked to Loftness about adapting it to my tractor - they told me that all of their blowers are the same "core" - and they just adapt them to different applications.

So it's possible that you might be able to find a blower that is "hydraulic" - but you can just remove the hydraulic motor and then hook a PTO shaft up to the input shaft on the blower. You'd probably have to inspect the blower first though to determine how it was put together.
