I also bought my tractor package at Quarles, so your picture looked familiar! My unit is a L4400HST and was strapped down the same way, although my drive home was only a few miles.

I don't remember either how they strapped the tractor down but it did just fine going home. As I recall though, the straps were placed front and rear across hard points on the tractor. The box blade was placed up front like yours and the FEL rested on top. The brush hog was attached to the tractor.

I should have gotten pictures before I unloaded everything, but didn't think about it at the time. Anyway, welcome to Missouri!

The tow vehicle is a '02 Chevy 2500HD Duramax with mild modifications.

Very nice machine! Every time I see pictures of a new tractor I get the itch to buy a new bigger machine. So Clean and so ORANGE! Congrats!

I am envious of the shop, especially the floor. Do you eat off it very often??

Actually, I offered a candlelight dinner for my wife out in the "new" shop before it turned into a more normal place! She calls it my "man cave". I call it a safe haven from 3 daughters and a wife!
