Newbie...changing oil and fule filter on MF135

I need to change the oil and the fuel filter on my diesel 135, I'm a newbie to tractors in general and will order a manual. Any help/advice in the mean time is appreciated.

Oil
1. is the oil refill reservoir next to the dip stick, if so do you just unscrew or pull the cap off?

Fuel
2. What is the process to change the fuel filter to avoid getting air in the line?
