Newbie JD 2210

Gonna take delivery on my 2210 next week. 54 inch deck, 54 inch loader and imatch. I also have the cleat tires-ag tires.

Trading my 1979 YM155D Yanmar w/loader and rear deck along with 8100 dollars out the door.

I was looking to get a Kubota, but the Kubota dealer only wanted to take my Yanmar on consignment.

I am very excited about this purchase..The John Deere is one nice machine, very user friendly IMO....

Congrats on the new tool. I've had mine a little over a year and still love it. Its just right for my 3 acres. If its not to late you may want to consider the 62c deck, the main reason is it sticks out a bit past the tires making it easier to cut close to objects.

I'm gonna get off of here and go play on mine for a while

I have a 60 inch deck on my Cub and it has always been to large for my application. Getting between stuff has been the issue. I also think a 54 will cut better than the 62 on uneven ground. JMHO..I can fix the uneven ground with this tractor though.. They would let me change the order if I wanted, I am sure..

I have the AG tires and he said if I do not like them he will swap them out for turf tires. I am alittle concerned what they will do to the yard when mowing..But I want to have them for all other uses..
