Newbie/ Looking for Plastic Mulch Layer

Hi Community:

I'm Frank, I live in Southern New Jersey. I have a Kubota Subcompact tractor(22 horse power 4WD). I'm looking for a plastic mulch layer that would work with my size tractor? All suggestions would be truly appreciated.

I also found this website, but their equipment is for a 30HP minimum tractor. Perhaps it might be of some help? Kennco > Products > Family Farm Products
