congrat on picking out jd that will work for you. I had a 455 for about 5 years smaller vr of what you are going with and I loved it. Did a lot of work me and never had any trouble. You will love it.

The X585 is a great choice. The 62" mower makes short work of my 3 acres and the 54" plow does a fine job on my 160 ft driveway. If you don't have a need for a FEL but want to be able to move material around, check out a Johnny Bucket Sr. for the X585. The 4-wheel drive is awesome on this small machine. Thanks guys, well I flinched! The dealer has the order written and everything is in stock. But I've got to look at the 2305 one more time. I just saw another thread where a guy retro fitted a bagger system to a 2305. That was one of the sticking points as I really like the 3 bag system you get with the X585. I'm going to hold up just a bit longer.

Jim, if you will consider used....

Check out JD's used equipment tractor finder. You will find some 2210s well below your X price with minimal hours. Just a heads up.
