Newbie. Older B2710 and Backhoe Question

Greeting and happy new year.

I am new to the tractor world and am researching to buy a new or used CUT in the area of 25-30 HP. I recently discovered TBN and it is a great site.

I have just over 5A and the property needs landscaping and drainage work and I want to build some stone fences.

I have a friend who wants to sell his 2004 B2710 with LA402 FEL and 650 hrs. My questions are:
1. Does anyone have any experience with older 2710s?
2. Can I put a BH on this B2710? Models?
3. Any suggestions on BH manufacturers and cost?

I have a B2910. Same tractor with a little more HP and options. They are good tractors. The B7800 is the economy model of these models. Next update of the line is the B3030.
Yes a backhoe can be added to tractor. Consider a woods frame mount. My Kubota BH is a 3PH model. Works good but if I had it to do again I would get a frame mount.

Save wear amd tear on tractor, add capability?, safety!
You hear of tractors breaking without subframe, operator safety if top link breaks pushing op up into rops. I'm sure others will chime in with more.

I have a B2710 and like every thing about it. This model has 3 point position control and 3 point telescopic stabilizers on the lower links among other options that make things easyer.

I'm not sure I'd call a B2710 an "older" tractor, especially a 2004 model. I noticed that Kubota's website, listing prior models, shows the B2710 as being introduced in 2000, but I looked at one on the dealer's lot and made a deal to buy it on July 19, 1999. It wasn't delivered until August 12, 1999, because they had to wait to receive and install the LA401 front end loader. I always considered it to be a 1999 model, but maybe Kubota considered it to be a 2000 model. Of course this was the first one the dealer had and I sure enjoyed it, but I never had a backhoe.

They are good machines the same size as B7800/B3200/B2620/B3030 with variations in HP and some other options. If it is in good shape I doubt you would be disappointed.
As it was mentioned before Woods sells back hoes that fit the machine but none of them are cheap. I would second suggesting the sub-frame version.
