Sorry for what may be a retarded question, Ive been a jeeper for 20 years and this tractor stuff is all new....

What in the heck is FEL, I keep seeing it and can't figure it out.

No shame in asking a question.. I am sure there are a ton of acronyms I would not understand in the four wheel enthusiast forums..
