You have a LOT of time to find a good used blower for sale. I wouldn't buy new until at least September or November. Buying implements used is a great way to save yourself quite a bit of money. I would try to find something on Craigslist or ebay from an individual, not a dealer.

Pronovost Puma series are plentiful. Maybe not right now, but there are tons of those out there. The Puma series is the more light duty series that Pronovost makes, which is what you want with a smaller tractor.

If worst comes to worst and you don't find anything, just buy a new one then.

I'm in Coventry, next town over. I use a Kubota B3030 cab tractor, front loader and rear blade.
Works well, but I have upbanks on both sides of the drive for about a hundred feet. The rear blade does a great
job, I just drive over the snow and plow in forward. The loader is essential for piling up at the
end of the drive, and along the banks.

+1 on the snowblower, and +infinity on the Pronovost. I flat stole a used one for $750 (guy was trying to run it with an 8N Ford. If there's a worse tractor for that job, it don't occur to me what it would be...) and I've used it since 2007 and the only thing I've done is replace the idler for the auger drive chain.

The folks at Pronovost sent me a free owner's and parts book when they found out I didn't get one with the blower. Nice folks to deal with.

I've farmer-engineered both chute rotation (electric) and deflector (hydraulic) and am actually looking forward to using it on my new cabbed Kubota this coming winter after 7 years of freezing my butt off on an open station John Deere.
