kubota b3030
after several weeks of research, much of it at this forum, i picked up my new b3030 yesterday. got 72"mmm, la403 loader, r4's and ballast box with it. paid 19425.00. local dealer was a joke so i bought from dealer 70 miles away. very professional and helpful. moved up from jd2210 (great little machine with amazing capabilities) and mostly mow 7 acres with lots of trees and a creek. no vibration issues, quiet, powerful. 72" mmm is the way to go. HEAVY DUTY and cuts well. i think 60" would have been too small for tractor size. it seems perfect size and weight for what i do. i will ballast it up 6 to 8 hundred lbs for fel work. it definately will need it. i recommend r4's as best all in one. now major turf destruction in 2wd. more later as i get a better feel of it's capabilities. love green but hemi orange ain't bad either.........

I like my B3030. I now have 46hrs on it. Only complaint i have is to much plastic. I have R4's and 72" mmm too. Very easy on turf. Sure glad I didnt go for turf tires. With the light weight of the machine I need all the traction I can get for FEL work. Eyeball the bucket with the grill gaurd. Bowhunter and I had problems with the FEL being uneven due to a factory bracket defect.
