Tractor
NH TC30
Just purchased a TC30 HST with FEL & am familiarizing myself with this thing. A little bit different than my previous TC33D but it will do all that I need. Tractor No is HK18850. Can someone decipher this for me? The ops manual that came with the unit starts with a much higher number (HK30001+).

Also, the manual states "Never attempt to widen the tread setting by reversing front wheels on a front-wheel drive system." On my 33, the dealer dished out both the front & rear wheels before I took delivery to get a lightly wider track. Both tractors had/have R4s. I don't understand what difference this would make on the 30?

Thanks for the help.

Just a guess here, but maybe you can only dish your front wheels and not your rears. Only doing the front would crate strain on the drive line when you turn because the rears were not also dished or the rear's hub is in the center line of the wheel and dishing in or out makes no difference for them?
