good morning fellows new to the site, I like working on old cars and just piddling with stuff. I have a question maybe someone can help me with I have a cub cadet 3184, nice ole mower anyway when my son moved back home due to the economy he cuts all the grass, I didn't know but he had been jumping it the past few times to start it now it will start right up but die immediately I checked all safely switches and fuses all seems ok. any help on this would greatly be appreciated the grass is getting taller (grin)

It could be a fuel supply problem. On older stuff I do not think if it will start it would be a safety switch related problem.

thanks Gale I will check it out I just thought since he was jumping it to start something may have shorted out. ken
