Hi all, looks like a lot of knowledge being shared here. I hope to learn and share what little I know.
I have 2 properties, 1 is a 2 bedroom rental on 5 wooded and unimproved acres and the other is a 5 acre parcel zoned agri with a small pear orchard, a well and a spring, no house. I don't own a tractor yet but am looking around and getting as much info to make an informed decision. I'll be building a house on the agri land I have been a construction project manager for the past 15 years, so I least got that part down.
I'm looking for a used 30-35 hp with a bh. NH, Kubota, JD or ?
