I just registered. Here's a pic of my 4300. I'm just learning how to do this, so I'll try to get a better one.

Redsmoke,

Welcome aboard, and nice tractor. Looks like we have the same tiller, I think - is that a Landpride?

(Side note: I think we should take a poll to find out how many TBN members drive a crew cab pickup - my guess is around 75% /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif).

All my attachments are LandPride. Can't beat 'em. My bush hog is a KingKutter though. I've had it for 10 years of hard use and can't bear to part with it. Maybe I'll paint it with some LandPride paint lol.

Welcome, Redsmoke! /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

I think that picture is a fine way to introduce yourself. It's true what they say about those "thousand words". /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

Funny you should call attention to that, Wheeldog. Although my finances only allow dreaming right now, I've been taking a hard look at the 4-door crew cabs with a 6-foot bed. Seems like a great way to ride the family (mommy, daddy, 2 kids) up to the property and then have a useful haulin' vehicle once we're there. Also looking (dreaming) about a good overhead rack and a cab-height shell. Probably want them both to be easily put on and taken off. Like I said -- I'm dreamin'. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

If anyone is taking a tally of the votes: I have a 2000 Chevy K3500 Long Bed Crew Cab.

Harv,

I hear you. The crew cab pickup is very appealing - seems to be truly the most versatile vehicle, more so than an SUV. Hauling, space for passengers, towing, etc., is all good. I'm in the new vehicle "dreaming" stage right now, and I think I'll end up buying something next Summer. I like to research things to death, and the new vehicle research project will help me pass some time this Winter/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif.
