Newer JD? w/ Steel Wheels

Went to a Amish grocery store today, this was sitting in there dock area, Its just so interesting seeing a newer tractor (I forget the model#) with steel wheels... Had to grab a picture. Pretty Neat. Enjoy.

That looks like a 870 or 970 to me. He must have gotten fed up with flat tires. Now that would be a welding project!!

Some of the amish (menenites) can use power
equipment but must have steel wheels.
I saw a SSL w/ steel wheels, that would be
a rough ride
Our local amish tarp man bought a Farmall H
took out trans gears, put on steel wheels and
hooked it up to baler then pulled whole rig
w/ horses.
