NH 1431 DiscBine axle problem

1431 discbine that has a tapered in wheel problem on both sides. Nothing is bent but I cant seem to find what actually is causing the problem. I was thinking the bushings might be bad in the control arms. If you look at the pictures, you can see how the position of the cyclinder are in relation to everything else.

Either that, the pin worn out or the arm has a twist. My IH 3309 discmower has a similar type of arm in that area but it runs the header lift and the tires are fixed the the frame. The bushings in the arms are ok but the pins are worn out badly. One has a tractor hitch pin in it from the previous owners field repairs.

G'day I would say a combination of worn pins/bushes and the rail that the bushing mount is in looks twisted as well
