NH 7106 FEL capacity

I was wondering if anyone has the specs on this loader and can answer a question. I've been trying to compare loader lift capacities between the NH (TC21), JD (4100), and Kubota (B7500/B2410). If I look at the numbers for capacity at the pivot pin, the JD and Kubota loaders fall into line like I would expect, but the NH number (600 lb) looks low. It isn't clear in the Boomer brochure, but I'm guessing that the 600 lb is for a point 20" forward of the pivot (?). The number for the NH 7308 loader (800 lb) also seems low for the size tractors it is used on, so maybe this is the case. Any help in clearing this up would be appreciated.

Wheeldog,my manual on the 7106 loader states that the 600lbs. is the lift capacity to full height which is 77.9". also specs state the rear axle should have a minimum weight of 1193lbs.(TC21D) when using the FEL. I have turfs non loaded and use my boxblade or tiller as counterweight when using the FEL.One other thing the 600lbs. is per ASAE 5301.2 front end agricultural loader rating,so it says in the book.Maybe someone on this board has more info on ASAE standards.Hope this helps,if you want more info from my manual let me know.Tom P.s. Thanks for the information. I'll go do some digging now to see if I can find ASAE 5301 and see how it qualifies that capacity.

Hey that's pretty neat about your brother living in Morris, especially since it is such a small town. I used to work out that way (in Litchfield), so I know the area. I believe its one of the nicest parts of CT.

Well it turns out that the American Society of Agricultural Engineers tell us that we measure loader capacity based on net payload applied at the center of the bucket. So the 600 lb and 800 lb ratings for the 7106 and 7308 loaders are for load applied at the center of the bucket. So there's your obscure fact of the day I guess - I bet you're all relieved I cleared that up /w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif.

The Kubota B7500 can have two different FEL.
LA272 lift capacity at bucket pivot 685#.{max} LA302 lift capacity at bucket pivot 770#.{max}
B2410 FEL LA352 lift capacity at bucket pivot 925.{max}
John Deere 4100 FEL 410 lift capacity at pivot 882#.{max}

Thats the information that I have.
