Is the NH Quick Release bucket set compatible with the attachments used on the skid steer?

Thanks

Yes. You might not have enough hydraulic flow for the "high flow" skid steer attachments - snowblowers etc. You should do well with graple buckets, forks etc.

Wow that's pretty cool. I'll be keeping my eyes open for some used forks and or grapple. Thanks

Just because you can install those skid steer attachments, doesn't mean that you can use them effectively. You should be fine with pallet forks, but be very careful with buckets.
Skid steer buckets are often a couple of hundred pounds heavier than compact tractor buckets. In addition, skid steer buckets may have a lot more capacity than compact tractor buckets. The combination of the heavier and higher-capacity bucket is fine if you are moving sawdust, light snow, or other low-density materials.
But, if you are like most users and want to move dirt, sand, or crushed stone: the skid steer bucket is too much bucket.
In short, size the attachment for the tractor and the work to be performed.
