NH HATS

The people in the JD forum have made me feel bad. I did not get a hat or a key chain or anything three weeks ago when my new TC-30 was delivered. Did any of you NH owners get hats etc. with your new tractors? I am quite happy with my TC-30, havent named he/she/it yet, but that takes time and familiarity. However New Holland has hurt my feelings. I want a new NH hat. Is there any chance that some exec. at NH will read this and send out hats?

I got 2 hats with my 5030. I gave one to Henro and kept the other. For what a NH costs, you must have steel hinges on you wallet. Why don't you mosey down to the dealer and buy one?? /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

If you pout a little, he may fess up and give you one. Maybe a keychain too.

Last year I bought a new NH round bailer and when I went in to buy it, I had a Kubota hat on. The owner said to me "Throw that Kubota hat in the garbage, here is a NH hat". I wadded up the Kubota hat and stuck it in my jacket pocket.

I wanted the NH leather "Bomber" jacket when I bought my 29D, but the sales guy said that was only with the fifth tractor you buy ... /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

He never even blinked when he said it either.

I diid get a hat however.

DMA, If you flip that new tractor over and look at the underside between the rear tires you can tell the sex; that will help you with coming up with a name for that thing.

As for hats. . . I didn't get any of those either. I got 2 XXL t-shirts and I am not anywhere near that size. I also got a couple of lightly used pens. But no hats.

I got 2 cheesy dealer's hats, no NH logo, but I did get the key chain, but it just broke off last weekend. I just had my 200hr service done and the had the NH license plates and I carried one up to the cashier to pay the bill and they said I could have it. Off course my bill was for over $300 for the parts and labor, so I guess a .50 piece of thin metal wouldn't kill them /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
I haven't put it on my truck yet.

I got a rain gauge, huggers, and a hat. Unfortunately it wasn't a <font color="blue">New Holland</font> hat it was a <font color="#666666"> Case IH</font> hat. My dealer handles both lines and he was out of NH hats but I'll get one next time I go in there /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif .

Received 3 hats (2 NH & 1 dealer), key chain, 2 oil filters, 1 hydraulic filter (manual tranny), 2 fuel filters and both air filters when I bought my TC30.

Hmm, didn't even have to beg! Might have been because I fussed about the Woods RD7200 not coming with a chain guard as stock, but they gave me a break on that too. Even got a follow-up call a week after delivery to see if things were okay!

And NO, I am not sharing! I am keeping this guy to myself! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
