NH1320 Power Steering Hyd Cyl Position?

A friend was admiring my 98 1320 the other day and He said I should turn front wheels to the right after each tractor use so the PS cylinder rod would be fully retracted into cylinder. Would this really make that much difference??? Tractor is always stored in dry pole barn. I would appreciate any comments,Thanks

My old 1720 is an 88 and I never did that. That steel is chromed and unless it's stored outside, I wouldn't worry about it.
