Guys, I am brand new to this loader business. I decided today that I was going to familiarize myself with taking on and off my new loader. Its mounted on a TC33D and I have never disconnected a hydraulic hose in my life. I set the loader on the ground and unhooked the quick couplers with no problems. When I tried to re-insert them I had a heck of a time doing it. I finally got it done after a leaky fluid mess. Its like there was too much pressure and it would not let me re-insert. What the heck did I forget to do or am I doing something wrong? Its gotta be easier than that! Any information will be much appreciated. Thanks a bunch...

When you set the loader down and shut the tractor off, move the control lever in all directions to relieve the pressure in the lines. Also, if you parked the loader in the sun, it can warm the fluid enough to build pressure to a level that makes things difficult. So, if you have a shady spot to park it, that helps.

Also move the lever all around after you shut off the tractor to reinstall the loader. Sounds like that might have been the problem.

Also release any pressure in the lines on the loader by pushing the male end up against something solid like the frame. Push the ball in and release the pressure. If the air temp increased any at all, it will build up some pressure in there........just a bit, but enough to make it hard to re-insert.
